ive stayed in hemsby great yarmouth and clacton but ground rent on a haven caravan can be ive heard ground rent on caravans can be £2000 a year chalets slightly cheaper i like clacton and great yarmout dont really want to travel further than that,i go on chalet or caravan holidays every year ...
